Are You Ignoring Your Body’s Fuel Warning Light?

WHEN YOU'RE RUNNING LOW on FUEL and you DONT PAY ATTENTION to the FUEL WARNING LIGHT

I wanted to share a little lesson I learned the hard way this morning. I ran out of petrol on the school run—despite my fuel warning light being on for days. I kept telling myself, “I can push it a little further,” until my car literally stopped four houses from school. The result? Stress, wasted time, extra effort, and an unnecessary cost.

💡And then it hit me… This is exactly what so many mums do with their own health.

We push through exhaustion, ignore our body’s warning signs, and tell ourselves we’ll “deal with it later.” But just like my car, eventually, we run out of fuel. And when that happens, it takes longer, costs more, and is much harder to recover from.

So, I have one simple question for you: Are you ignoring your body’s fuel warning light? 🚨

✔️ Are you skipping meals, running on coffee, and surviving on broken sleep?

✔️ Are you putting off exercise and self-care because you’re "too busy"?

✔️ Are you waiting until you're completely burnt out before asking for help?

If any of that sounds familiar, it’s time to stop, refuel, and take action before your body forces you to.

If this resonated with you and you feel like you need some support, leave an enquiry here to book a call with me https://www.activemum.com.au/contact.

I will find out more about you and your body. We'll dive deep into what’s going on for you, your struggles, and what’s truly important to you. Together, we’ll create a personalised action plan to help you feel like the most healthy, happy, and energised mum you can be.

✨ Take care and don’t ignore the signs. You deserve to feel amazing! ✨
